Well - where do i start? Yeah - we all know about the Bon Jovi stuff. I enjoyed my time with JBJ - learned a lot - had some great gigs - learned how to play in the studio - but most importantly met some of the best people in my life today back then.
I'm excited about my current band - Expressway which features some kick-ass players as well as the work i'm doing with Jody Joseph (and not just because her last name is the same as my middle one) and her outstanding band. I also hope to get "THE PROJECT" another gig or 6 this year.
I am a simple man and i think that is reflected in my playing and equipment choices. I just really never thought sweep picking and tapping were my thing. Respect guys that do it tremendously.
Some of my favorite players: Eric Clapton, Larry Carlton, Eric Johnson, John Mayer, Lindsey Buckingham, Michael Hedges, Richie Sambora, Stevie Ray, EVH, Chet Atkins, all of the Hellecasters, Duane Allman, Ritchie Blackmore. Robin Trower , Dan Fogelberg - probably a longer list if i thought about it .
I like lots of different kind of - everything from Windham Hill to Hard Rock - not a fan of rap or death metal - don't get it. To each is own . . .
